Fred and his associates have literally saved me!! I had some serious hip and lower spine issues and with Fred's incredible treatments and provision of much-needed orthotics I am totally back on track again with my running and hiking. Came in with horrible neck pain, shoulder spasms which would not allow me to move my head and aches in my arms. The aftermath of being hit by a drunk driver a month ago. Jamie spent the time to really understand my situation and do a full assessment before any adjustments. He then gave me a series of movements to try at home. Afterwards, I was happy to see that I could move my head again and that the pain had substantially subsided. I am so happy I found this place and Jamie, who seems to really know his stuff and really care about the well-being of his patients.

Dr. Jamie Dougall as helped tremendously. This is not your typical chiropractor. Immediately I felt that his main concern was my discomfort. Had numbing running down my right hamstring. His knowledge of these certain muscles (that were nowhere near my hamstring) brought almost immediate relief... He has been very educational for me to learn how my body reacting over time, and even help me with suggesting a diet log so we may monitor how my diet affects my day to day. All in all, I will not go to anyone else.

I've been a patient of Dr. Fred for over 10 years now and even though I live about a 35 minute drive from the Evolution office, there is no other chiropractic office I will visit. Well worth the drive! Both Dr. Fred and Dr. Harold are personable, professional, and caring in their treatment. They take the time to not only evaluate the issues with your body, but also h ow you're doing. That's going above and beyond. I've also recently added the massage services of David, who also provides the same genuine care in his services. Emmanuel in reception also goes beyond the call with excellent customer service. Kudos to this incredible team!

Bad back? Dr. Harold. Bad knee? Dr. Harold. Bad weather? Dr. Harold.... ok, maybe not weather, but believe me, that with the body, he will fix you. Very high-tech tools that actually work. Helps that the Dr. is high-humour, too. Go here, people. Sorry to all you other suckers, er, I mean chiropractors out there.
